Mental

Mental processes can be slowed down.

Other mental processes could be disabled, or able to be done of less quality, depending on the degree of one's distress.

Feel sad and/or angry, maybe even other emotions racked up by stress.

Possible Sickness [especially fever].

Feel Weak and unsteady [shakey/ wobbly].

Earliest phase of actual sound in language development.

COULD dang well be indication of ACTUAL words, like dad, with dada, or mom, with meme, or mama, or even mumu.

Stuff like bababababa, or hemahemahema.

Get a little (more) sleep

Later Language Skills

Skills consist of; easier and more fluent speaking, 4+ word phrases/sentences, and even answering simple questions.

Normally starts at 3-4 years old.

First Actual Speaking

Usually something like mama or papa, something the child recognizes.

Usually starts anywhere between 6-12 months of age.
