There are six fundamental rights in India. They are Right to Equality, Right to Freedom, Right against Exploitation, Right to Freedom of Religion, Cultural and Educational Rights, and Right to Constitutional Remedies.

Pull factors

Due to less employment opportunities, low wages, drought, lack of basic amenities, landlessness, social factors act, people migrate to India to get more employment opportunities, higher income, better wages, better facilities activities.

Population

There is a population of 1.417 billion people in India as of 2022.
Because of the large economy there are a lot more opportunities to start work so there is less time to raise more children resulting in a decrease in birth rate

Healthcare

In India there were shortages of staff and only 37% of the population are covered by any form of health coverage in 2017 and 18.
All Indian citizens can get free outpatient and inpatient Care at government facilities as result of their long wait times and low-quality Public Health Services

Education

India already has the world's largest higher education system with over 1000 universities and its presence in the global education arena will ensure that it reaches newer heights, making education in India one of the best things for its school going children and its youth population.
The school system in India has four levels: lower primary (age 6 to 10), upper primary (11 and 12), high (13 to 15) and higher secondary (17 and 18)
