For java coding you can add, minus, divide and multiply by typing 3+4 to add,3*4 to multiply,3/4 to divide and 3-4 to subtract (the 3 & 4 are exanples).

For java coading you can find the length by typing in "any word".length

The computer will say the number of letters in the word.
