Lynn Crawford

Rotisseur- Roast Chef (Responsible for roasting, braising meat dishes and also responsible for deep frying.)

Entremetier- Vegetable Chef (A chef who is responsible for all types of vegetable preparations including potato preparations and egg preparations.)

Poissonnier- Fish Chef ( is responsible for the preparation of all fish dishes in the kitchen.)

Saucier - Sauce Chef (responsible for all sauces and sauce related dish preprations.)
