CoN Preparation

S&S to provide data move assist document

Terri to initially contact and provide list to Department liaison/contact

ESI Implementation (onsite)

Removal/Disposal of old PCs

ESI to store recovered PCs

Disposal through Dell Asset Recovery

Supply disposal manifest to S&S team

Delivery/Installation

Connecting peripherals

Follow priority list per department

City to provide list of PCs to be replaced

ESI Preparation

ESI to test image provided and get sign off from City

City to provide install media and procedures of additional apps

City to provide image and image updates

PC storage

ESI to provide electronic packing slip to asset team

CoN Implementation (onsite)

S&S to indentify trash disposal (check with Facilities)

ESI to add local admin groups when necessary

S&S follow up visit(s)

S&S staff to install unique licensed apps not included in the image

ESI to run through Sysprep and complete installation

List of PCs to be replaced

Obtain list of licensed software to be installed from Asset team

Department contacts

Obtain Department List from Terri

Image Creation

Save images to USB drives for ESI
