DINNER

20:00-21:00 P.M

It must be light and contain more protein than carbohydrate, like egg or tuna.

17:00-18:00 P.M

Small light food before dinner, is good to feed on fruit, shakes... is recommended a small amount of food

LUNCH

1:30-3:00 P.M

It must be balanced and essential to accompany it with liquid.

SNACK

10:00-11:00 A.M

It is a snack that must contain between 100 and 200 calories, fruits are a good option.

BREAKFAST

7:30-8:30 A.M

It provides us with the energy for the rest of the day.
