estructura en negativo: sujeto+do not(I, You, We, They) or Does not (He, She, It)+ Verbo forma simple+complemento. Ejemplos:

I don’t have to work tonight. - no tengo que trabajar esta noche

You don’t have to publish your book next year. No tienes que publicar tu libro la proxima semana.

I don’t have to go to the dentist again next week. - no tengo que ir al dentista la proxima semana

You don’t have to wait in his office. Tú no tienes que esperar en su oficina)

She doesn’t have to take the children with her to Houston. - Ella no tiene que llevar a los niños con ella a Houston)

Estructura en interrogativo: Do/does+ sujeto + verb simple form+ complement? Ejemplos:

You don’t have to stay there all summer. - (¿Tu no tienes que estar todo el verano?

Do we have to send plans tomorrow? - ¿Nosotros tenemos que enviar los planes mañana?)

Do you have to go home? - (¿Tú tienes que ir a casa?)

Does he have to feel better later? - ¿Él tiene que sentirse mejor más tarde?

Do we have to be in the meeting next week? - ¿Nosotros tenemos que estar en la reunión la próxima semana?

Estructura Afirmativo: sujeto+auxiliar modal+ verbo foma simple+ complement. Ejemplos:

We have to write them a letter. - tenemos que escribirles una carta a ellos.

She has to return later. - ella tiene que regresar después.

She has to be back by noon ella tiene que regresar a medio día

He has to lend us the money which we need. - el tiene que prestarnos el dinero que necesitamos

She has to take the children with her to Houston. - Ella tiene que llevar a los niños con ella a Houston
