The circumstance is not known but is set to believe that it was gang affiliated.

A suspect shot a three year old boy. The shooter is unknown, because it was very recent.

The boy was shot through a window of a car.

The action performed was three suspects shot a three year old boy in the head for an unknown reason.

In a parking lot in chicago three suspects pulled up to a parked car and shot a baby

Why did the agent perform that action?

Police say that the motive of the shooting was unclear
