Motivational Manifesto

Effort

If you are not motivation the least things you can do is do something

Without effort or trying on making something you will not get far

Effort sustains motivation

Attention

Sustain your motivation and keep on track on your dreams

Don’t lose track of what or who you want to be

Don’t get distracted from the things that are trying to pull you away from your goal

Generate Motivation

If you don’t feel motivated about doing something you will not move a single muscle

We have strength because we choice to sustain that strength

You don’t have motivation, you generate motivation

Attitude

Having a good attitude have a positive effect on ourselves

If you have a bad attitude you are not fully motivated

Attitude amplifies motivation

Expectancy

Believe that you can shape the outcome of your goal

Think that you can achieve your goalIf you don’t believe it you will never achieve it

Expectancy sparks motivation

Ambition

If there's no ambition there's no spark in motivation

The ability to want to be, have, or do more

All motivation begins with ambition

Environment

Having a good environment where you can work can motivate you

Environment amplifies motivation

Power or reason

Having reasons can change how you think

If we don't have the power of reason we trape yourself from others

I think, therefore, I am

Freedom

In order to make a choice we must have freedom

Main motivation for human kind

We want more freedom to pursue the things we care about or things that we want to do
