Latin and Greek, English grammar, geography, and higher arithmetic should be taught here.

Students are to be tested to be in this school.

"Grammar Schools"- There should be "overseers" (i.e. teachers, principals, superintendents, administrators).

Level 1

Curriculum

Students should be taught reading, writing, common arithmetic, Graecian, Roman, English, and American History.

Students

All free male and females within the school boundaries should attend the school. They must be "within the respective hundred".

Schools

Students will receive "tuition grati". Schools should also be built at a convenient location for the students.
