Students who see why they are completing tasks and how they will be beneficial to them in the future, will do better and feel they have a purpose for the work they are learning.

Use other spaces around the school as teaching spots Get outside, use the gym, walk the halls and get students out of the classroom whenever appropriate

Since we are teaching students with diverse needs we need to ensure we individualize their learning to maximize their potential.

Teachers need to teach students the skills to become an active learner and how they can take an active role in their own learning and setting appropriate goals

Ensure IEPs are being followed and developed as needed

Teachers develops relationships that put students at ease and make students feel welcomed. It is important that teachers make their classrooms a safe space for students to feel comfortable to learn free from descriminationa dn bullying. Promoting inclusiveness and equity.
