The Nazi party soon started Hitler Youth a program for the children that taught them discipline as well as faith to Hitler. Eventually they closed all roman catholic schools leaving only nazi run schools.
Limited Human Rights
After in control Hitler started his campaign against Jewish people. They lost their jobs and lost basic rights. They weren't allowed to marry non Jews and had to wear yellow stars on their clothes. After a Jewish youth killed a German diplomat it caused riots in Germany and the Germans ended up killing a lot of Jewish people and arresting about 20,000 others.
Eventually the Nazi party forced the Reichstag into making Hitler a dictator for four years. In this time Hitler went and eliminated every other party making Germany a fascist state
In Germany when Hitler and the Nazi party were rising to power, there was to be a vote in the Reich stag building. However the building was burned down (Nazis suspected) Hitler blamed the communists and used it to convince the Prime Minister to abolish freedom of speech and assembly.
Extreme nationalism
The extreme nationalists in Germany created the Nazi Party run by Hitler. Eventually he thought he had enough people to take over the government but failed and was put in prison.
Censorship and Propaganda
They would round up and non German and Nazi books and they would burn them in the town square
When Hitler was in prison he wrote a book called Mein Kampf, which talked about his struggles and his goals for Germany. He also talked about how Germans were the master race. He believed that his race was above others like Jewish people.
They started playing military music over the radio

Once Hitler took power he created a secret police force called the Gestapo and used them to round up all the opposes of the Nazi party and had them arrested.
