Athletes are able to achieve greater "heights" with additional support from PED's.

Studies/data can be derived from new era of sports performance.

Clearly defines "banned substance" guidelines

Less confusion on what is legal vs illegal in the world of sports.

More fans want to attend games to see players perform.

Increase in Ticket revenue

More profit for sports teams, organizations, tv providers, partners, sponsors, etc.

Increase in Jersey (memorabilia) revenue

Customers and sports enthusiasts will be more attracted to players and overall sports. (Reference 1998 MLB Season)

The pharmaceutical target market for PED's will "boom" economically.

Businesses will increase productivity to provide an "optimal" solution/PED.

As the market grows, thousands will invest.
