General advices!

Use eliciting as a recurrent tool

Don't elicite in monolingual classes

Wrong answers may mean they need your input

When receiving a good answer stablish it as a standard

Give at least a couple tries, if after 3 responses they not land, give the answer by yourself

Give short feedback to students, 'ok' or 'not ok'

Pick a student when asking

Give enough info for students to understand

Disadvantages

Never make it a guessing game

Requires plenty of time

If students output is poor you cant use it

Advantages!

Improves their output

Questions as lections are way better than traditional lectures

Students may amaze you with their knowledge
