Dream

develop specialized ministries, working together

work together with church #2 to plant church #3

It's hard but it's healthy!

keeps our evangelistic fire and mission-minded focus

pushes us to mature, develop leadership, delegate, give

not just about the next church; it's about this church

an ingrown church gradually becomes a useless church

From the beginning this has been on our heart

but multiplies into new communities

not a church that just seeks security and size and prestige

be a reproducing church

But how?

What's next?

Pray for God to build a team (from GBC, in target area)

Save (church planting fund - designations)

Practice (Sneedens, etc.)

Prepare GBC Menifee

Seek the Lord and study possible locations (Corona, the pass)

Target date is fall of 2010

God did!

willing to come spend a couple years making teeth to be part of this vision

could be a lot of other places, paid full time

Southern California, well prepared, shares our vision, philosophy

God has to provide the leadership: a pastor

Come be part of GBC Menifee

but us planting together with them

not them planting, us watching

a Southern Californian would be best!

Keep your ministry streamlined enough to make it possible

Make it part of your thinking from the beginning

churches need to be reproducing, starting other church

but also 20 million souls

many gospel preaching churches in SoCal

great place for those priorities
