The goal of my research paper is to divide it up to about 6 sections. The first being the introduction of the topic and then I will dive into the history and subsections of the topic including accommodation, under-accommodation, non-accommodation and over-accommodation. I will describe the subsections and then describe them as it relates to how police interact with civilians. The four subtopics will act as Roman numerals if I were doing an outline. The 5th topic or Roman numeral would be about civilians trust and compliance with police officers
