In periphery: Vasodilation (flushing), contraction of G.I muscles (diarrhea), contraction of bronchioles, uterine smooth muscles and platelet aggregation
Found in CNS (excitatory)

Sumatriptan
Side effects: possible asthenia, throat or chest pain
Lowers migrain pain by causing vasoconstriction
Agonist at 5HT 1d in cerebral vessels
buspirone
Anxiolytic (Generalised anxiety disorder, GAD)
