Always connect with student

Indvidually and as a group

Know and reflect on your own philosophy teaching and stay true to it

Practice this philispophy each day

Know the school specific rules and follow them always

Consistancy is key

Acknolwedge when students follow the behviour you want

Model the behaviour you want the students to follow

Behaviour management is more important than the curriculum
