Flow in movement

Movement flow is constant, non stopping

Can be strategic, like dancing

Can be automatic, like walking

Flow in liquid

You can feel the flow of a liquid and it feels tingly

More viscous liquids flow slow

Water can flow fast

Flow in thought

Flows can be chronological and Non-Declaritive

Flows can be chronological and Declarative

Flows can be nonlinear and Non-Declarative

Flows can be nonlinear and Declarative

Flow in speech

Non-Declarative, almost automatic until you think about it, then the flow is disrupted

Variation in intonation helps

Mixing up words stops the flow

Speaking slowly has an easier flow

Flow is movement from one thing to the next
