True colors

How does the dove campaign “True colors” reflect on society? “True colors reflect on our society in multiple ways. “You with the sad eyes Don't be discouraged” (Lauper) This quote from the campaign was showing us girls that didn’t like what they looked like and the lyrics were telling them to not be discouraged in their looks. This quote highlights how “True colors” reflects on society. “But I see your true colors shining through” This quote is telling us that you are shining through and you don't need to change because everyone is perfect the way they are. That is how “True colors” reflects on our society.
