What is it

Law that gives the canadaian goverment power to make decisions about Indigenous people and thier lands

Laws

Laws can be difficult to change but they can change

MUST be critiqued and challengel if they benefit some while oppressing others

can be racist and discriminatory

are necessary for protecting individual right and freedoms

are needed to help run an orderly socitey

are powerful rules with consequces that are enforced by the court system
