I'm on my way too much. I could to many more things for example, read, watch TV, spend time with family, ect.

I would spend more time with them instead of being on my phone. Also I can stop sleeping and we can do fun things during that time.

Happiness is important and i could be more happy. I could be happy instead of crying or being in a bad mood.
