Rules and Regulation

Swimming

race bib should always be displayed at the front and back

participants must wear a suitable swimmimg suit

Cycling

participants that bring harm to other participants or themselves will be disqualified

the use of helmets throughuout the race during biking is mandatory

participants are not allowed to barefoot during cycling

race bib numbers should always be displayed in front of the body and the bike at all times

have own mountain bike

Running

participants are allowed to run or walk during the race

any support vehicle are prohibited and the participants will be disqualified

participants must use the the official passage of the race

race bib number should always be displayed at the front and back
