2. Stretching

Shoulder Stretch 2 minutes, focusing on each arm

Quad Stretch 2 minutes, alternating legs.

Hamstring Stretch 2 minutes, Holding each stretch for 30 seconds.

1. Warm-up exercises

Dynamic movements High knees, butt kicks and arm circles for 5 min

Jogging light jog around the field for 5 min

5. Cool-Down Exercises

Static Stretching 5 minutes focusing on major muscle groups used

Walking 5 minutes of slow walking to bring the heart rate down.

4. Strength Training

Plank Holds 3 sets of 30 seconds

Push-Ups 3 sets of 10 Reps.

Bodyweight Squats 3 sets of 10 reps.

3. Cardiovascular Exercises

Relay Races 10 minutes, including different styles like running, skipping, and hopping.

Jump Rope 5 minutes, with varying speed
