OBJETIVOS ESPECÍFICOS

• • Identificar cual es la posición de la víctima en la normativa Constitucional, Penal y Civil.

• Identificar a través de la jurisprudencia nacional la posición de la víctima (Estudio de casos relevantes nacionales).

• Revisión de casos notables en Latinoamérica.

OBJETIVO GENERAL

• Obtener un diagnóstico sobre el tratamiento de la víctima por infracciones de tránsito en cuanto a su reparación patrimonial.
