Be really disciplined about training time and find the good side of it and the reason that keeps you trying.
Take care of your sleep, it's really important.
Always think about your wellbeing and how much your body can resist. Don't over train.
Stay hydrated
Don't think too much and start making it possible!
Be your own opponent, don't compare yourself
Take a break when your body needs it
