Be really disciplined about training time and find the good side of it and the reason that keeps you trying.

Take care of your sleep, it's really important.

Always think about your wellbeing and how much your body can resist. Don't over train.

Stay hydrated

Don't think too much and start making it possible!

Be your own opponent, don't compare yourself

Take a break when your body needs it

Project yourself at a long term goal

Set short term goals

Surround yourself with people that encourage you to achieve more goals.

Talk to a professional trainer or coach and get some suggestions for your training

Ask your doctor before taking any synthetic protein source or anything that is out of your ordinary diet

Respect recovery time and eat enough to get energy for your activities

Organize your time (You can try with a planner or schedule)

Recognize how much you have improved!
