Differences between Mitochondria and Chloroplast

Chloroplast

Electrons go from a higher to a lower energy level and are ultimately passed to oxygen forming water

Electrons come from glucose move through the electron transport chain towards oxygen, releasing energy at each step which is captured as ATP
