Our world has been experiencing change since the beginning. We are used to changing schools and work environments. We meet new people and face new challenges almost every day.  Change is natural. And it had a natural pace until the beginning of the 20th century. Since then, change is speeding up.
Today’s unanimous anxiety, mostly caused by the emerging technological advances, is that you seem to have difficulties keeping up with everything you need to learn and do.

The pressure of overload can be tremendous at times. Rupert Murdoch’s quote inspired us with a possible solution to this problem: “the world is changing very fast. Big will not beat small anymore. It will be the fast beating the slow.”

What if you began thinking and working faster?

Would this help you save time for personal enlightenment? We at Mindomo certainly think so, that’s why we use 3 easy but efficient tricks:

  1. Rely heavily on The Focusing Question – “What’s the ONE Thing I could do, such that by doing it everything else would be easier or unnecessary?”.
  2. We avoid “false hustle”  as much as we can. This helps us pursue our weekly/monthly/year end goals.
  3. Save time and energy by making lists.  That’s how we see the clear steps for resolving any complex challenge, and how each step should connect with the next.
You should find the strategy that works best for you and speed things up.
In the meantime, for all of you who use Mindomo on a regular basis, we have some great news. We updated our mobile app so you can get things done more efficiently:
Mind map faster. We redesigned the UI from scratch.  Clean, open spaces for maps; bright colors and intuitive, easier-to-reach icons will make mind mapping feel more natural than before.Sync maps with cloud faster. You are now 2 clicks away from moving your local maps to your online account.

Log in faster. If you are logged into Google, Facebook or Yahoo, you can automatically log into Mindomo.

If you have any tips for improving productivity or feedback on our new mobile app, feel free to share this with us in the comments section below.

Keep it smart, simple and creative!

Hello, i think that i noticed you visited my website
so i came to return the favor?.I am trying to to find things
to improve my site!I assume its ok to use some of your ideas!!

  2. Haven’t tried this yet but seems like it could be very helpful for keeping track of everything that has to be done, I might give it a try.

  3. I agree with nadina. Simple shouldn’t mean less usable. I started checking out other mapping apps because of that one change. Deal breaker.

  4. Your new ipad application is much worse than it used to be! I used to love your app, but the most recent app vesion is really bad. Why did you decide to change it? Why did you remove a “create a sibling” button? There is only one button yo create a topic, a “+” button. It is so stupid that you removed ithe sibling button! BRING IT BACK!

    • We’re sorry to hear that the new app doesn’t appeal to you as much as the old one. Many users asked for a simplified version and we delivered. Nevertheless, we appreciate your feedback and we’ll look closely into it.
