Key learning

Players learn what leadership styles exist

Learn how different styles affect outcomes, positively and negatively

Structure & events of the game

You are a winner when you have a happy, fully staffed school.

Answers correlate to different leadership skills. If the most suitable skill was selected for the scenario, points are awarded.

Scenarios are given to players which multiple choice answers

Players receive points for being an "excellent leader"

Computer game within a context of a school

Players can select the visual setting, layout of school, colours of school buildings, facilities and their players physical look
