Learn how different styles affect outcomes, positively and negatively

You are a winner when you have a happy, fully staffed school.

Answers correlate to different leadership skills. If the most suitable skill was selected for the scenario, points are awarded.

Scenarios are given to players which multiple choice answers

Players receive points for being an "excellent leader"
