Unit 1 Strategic Analysis

It allows to identify the competitive position of organizations through analysis:

External Analysis: Evidences the organization's environment by identifying threats affecting the organization.

Internal Analysis: Identifies the elements that facilitate or intervene in the operation of the organization.
